1. Service Agreement: If you choose to use our services, you agree to the contract that we form. Moving, packing, and storage services are offered by the following service level agreement. Any change from the agreed-on terms or addition of services should be done in writing.

2. Payment Terms:All the payments are to be made according to the schedule specified in the service contract. We take payments in various methods such as Visa, Master, and Discover credit card payments as well as bank wire transactions. There are penalties for late payments which may be added to the outstanding balance.

3. Liability and Insurance:We are very careful in handling your properties but we shall not be held responsible for losses due to calamity, negligence of third parties, and properties not enumerated in your list. They are insurable and one should insure them:

4. Cancellations and Refunds: There will be no cancellations allowed after making a booking, but a cancellation notice of 48 hours before the booked service is required. Refunds for cancellations will be granted as per our stated policy on cancellations. There can be no cash refunds for services which have been provided and no cash refunds for cancelled services that are within 48 hours of the service

5. Customer Responsibilities:This is your responsibility to pack all belongings which you want to be moved securely and also to make sure that there is free access to the compound where the moving is to be done. You will also be expected to pay for any extra charges arising from access problems or non-standard items supplied.

6. Changes to Terms: By the Terms and Conditions on the use of services We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The changes will be made known through our website or to the respective clients.
